We can also offer alternate dispute resolution in the form of collaboration. This is a relatively new process rapidly gaining purchase with those going through divorce and separation. It is not mediation, settlement is reached by round table conferences with both sides represented by a specialised practitioner, once agreement is reached final binding orders are drafted and approved by the court.
